Shipping Method

Canadian Customers

WE DO NOT USE CANADA POST! THEY SUCK!!!

We use a freight borker so shipments will come to you via Canpar, DHL, Purolator, FedEx or UPS. Typically, orders arrive to Western Canadian locations in 1-3 business days with orders to eastern locations arriving in 4-8 business days. If we have to ship a partial order, we cover the cost of the back-ordered items when they are available. 

We also offer FREE shipping in Canada on orders over $130 on select items.

American Customers
For orders received from our American customers, orders are drop-shipped direct from our US Suppliers. Not all brands are eligible for this; contact Cory@RCDepot.ca for more details on drop-ship eligibility.

We drop-ship US orders via FedEx and usually see a 2-4 day turnaround time. Like our Canadian customers, American customers also receive free shipping on orders over $99 (USD). If our drop-shipper is out of stock on the ordered products, they will be shipped from Canada using CanadaPost Expedited Parsel USA; the turn-around time on this varies but is usually 5-7 business days.

Local Shippments

For shipments into the greater Edmonton Area, we reserve the right to change the order to "Warehouse Pickup". Free shipping will not apply to local shipments. This includes Edmonton, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park and Leduc.

Returns

We do not offer returns on product that has already been shipped. All sales on shipped product are final! In the case of items that are not regularly stocked, any back-orders that have already shipped to us from our supplier is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Running Changes/Discontinued SKUs

In the case of a running change of a product (discontinued SKU), we will replace the ordered product with its replacement product at no extra cost. Manufacturers are always doing their best to deliver the most current product and we want to ensure you get the latest and greatest parts into your hands. If, in the rare circumstance that you do not want the newer product, as per our retrurn policy, returns will not be accepted. You will unfortunately have to deal directly with the manufacturer to exchange your product with the discontinued item.


Defective Products

We do however stand behind our products; any defective merchandise is handled quickly and efficiently. We either put you in direct contact with the manufacturer or we take care of the defect ourselves. Whichever method is faster and get you, our valued customer, fucntioning product quickly.
